An artist and historian, Wells began photographing Key West’s landmark architecture in 1976, served as state historian and publishes the Key West Walking Guide.
HOUSE HISTORIES, Gingerbread Biographies
House Histories, she calls Gingerbread Biographies, is Wells’ newest venture. Each Biography pulls together Wells’ expertise in history, archival research, art and architectural photography. Each commission is exclusively compiled for the Homeowner. Combining historic & contemporary photographs, deeds, wills, maps and plats, and genealogy, with archival research focused on one individual Historic House, each 26 x 36 Gingerbread Biography is signed and framed, as a unique Montage Print.
